This Univex PPRESS1R panini press is ideal for preparing meat, fish, eggs, vegetables, cheese, sandwiches, and any other food that can be grilled. It has a single design with one standard hinged upper grill. The grill plates have been ribbed to give that perfectly grilled appearance. Its cooking surface is 9.8″ x 10″. The PPRESS1R has manual controls and an adjustable temperature. The temperature can be adjusted up to 572°F. The non-stick ceramic coated cast iron plates are easy to clean, ensuring hygiene. They are acid and salt-proof and resistant to oxidation.
